Connection Alias
When you create a Connection, an alias for the Connection name is automatically created. The alias is required by TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect to ensure that it can determine the entities associated with a selected Connection in the Formula Editor. However, you do not need to use or change the alias.
In blocks, the alias is shown on the General tab of any block that uses the Connection and on the Fields tab of any block that can display the results of a prior block. Spaces and special characters are not supported in an alias.
The name of the set of results is composed of the Connection Alias, the Block Label, and the Operation.
In the Formula Editor, the alias shows when Operation Results are available from a prior block. The name of the set of results is composed of the Connection Alias, the Block Label, and the Operation.
