Sorting and Filtering Apps
You can sort and filter apps to change the apps displayed in the app list on the Apps page.
Sorting Apps
On the Apps page, You can sort apps by:
- Category
- Name
- Deployment type
- Last Modified time
- Last Started time
To sort apps, click the heading above a sortable column in the app list on the Apps page. Click the same heading again to toggle the list of apps between the ascending and descending order.
Filtering Apps
You can change the scope as follows:
- Apps displayed to your apps only or all apps in the organization
- Deployment type to TIBCO Cloud, Remote, or none
- App category
- App status to Good, Error, Warning, Not running
- App tags.
On the Apps page, to the left of the app list is a Filters section.
Click the button in the Filters section to toggle between displaying all apps, or a subset of apps in the app list. Clicking multiple buttons is additive. Note that the number of apps shown next to My apps includes all TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect apps in your organization, because they belong to all users.
For app tags, use the search control to enter a string. Tag buttons are shown for any matching tags.
