Rate Limiting

Cloud Software Group, Inc. closely monitors usage of its public APIs to make sure all users have the best experience possible. Usage is limited on a per hour basis to prevent any one system from overloading the API. API limits are counted against the organization making the API calls and any associated child organizations. The limit is a sliding window of 20,000 calls per hour.

Exceeding these limits results in API calls for that user failing with the following error: API Request Limit Exceeded. These errors continue for a period of time after the situation is resolved.

If you persistently call the API when these errors occur, chronically abuse these rate limits, or perform any other API activity that Cloud Software Group deems destructive or malicious, Cloud Software Group reserves the right to disable access to the offending organization and user.
