Creating an Oracle Database Supplement
There are several vendor libraries that are not included this connector. Add these libraries to your
- Procedure
- Go to Oracle Website > Instant Client for Linux x86-64 (64-bit) > Version 21.11.0.0.0 and download the Basic Package compressed folder.
- Similarly, go to Oracle Website > Instant Client for Linux x86-64 (64-bit) > Version 21.11.0.0.0 and download the ODBC Package compressed folder. Note: When you obtain third-party software or services, it is your responsibility to ensure you understand the license terms associated with such third-party software or services and comply with such terms.
- Extract the downloaded Basic Package and ODBC Package compressed folders.
- Merge the extracted ODBC Package folder with the
instantclient_21_11
folder extracted from Basic Package.Note: TIBCO recommends extracting the folders on a Linux system to preserve the symbolic links. -
Rename the merged
instantclient_21_11
folder to oracle. - Compress the oracle folder.Note: Use the following command to preserve the symbolic links:
zip --symlinks -r oracle.zip oracle
Caution: If the Oracle client libraries contain symbolic links, ensure that you unzip, rename, and again zip the client libraries to preserve the symbolic links. - Disable Flogo DB Services.
